Tipps & Tricks

Applying for an traineeship is often not that easy. We would like to give you some tips and tricks on how you can best prepare yourself and your documents. Because the first impression counts!

WHICH TRAINEESHIPS CAN I CURRENTLY APPLY FOR?

Unfortunately, we cannot take on trainees every year. So don't be sad if we can't offer you any open traineeships at the moment.

WHICH APPLICATION DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SEND?

Letter of motivation:
In your letter of motivation, tell us what excites you about the advertised traineeship and how it suits you. Also tell us how we could convince you as a company.

Curriculum vitae:
So that we can get a good picture of your previous experience and training, structure your CV so that the most recent is always at the top. A table can help you to create a nice layout. In addition, a chronological order makes it easier for us to read. We also like to know what your favourite subject is and what you are particularly good at. Don't forget to list the tasks you were responsible for in your internships or other professional experiences.
To make your CV complete, add an appropriate photo. Note: Selfies are not suitable for this purpose!

Last report card:
Don't worry, grades aren't everything! We want to get an overview of your subjects and achievements.

Always pay attention to spelling and wording in your documents. To make sure you don't miss any mistakes, it makes sense to have someone else check your documents before you send them off.

WHAT DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Step 1:
Open the advertised traineeships and fill out the application form. Immediately after uploading your documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Depending on the number of candidates applying for an traineeship, it will take different amounts of time to check the documents. However, we promise to get back to you within two weeks and inform you about the current status of your application!

Step 2:
If your application documents have convinced us, we will invite you to an online interview. This gives us the chance to get to know each other a little better. Be prepared for about 15 minutes. In this interview, just be yourself, authentic and open. It's okay to be nervous. After getting to know each other, we will make the selection for the next step in the application process.

Step 3:
The next step is an assessment centre. This means that all applicants who were able to prove themselves in the online interview will be invited together. In a group setting, you can prove your skills and qualifications using different tasks.

Step 4:
As soon as the decision has been made, you will receive an acceptance or rejection letter. If you are accepted, we will invite you to sign your apprenticeship contract with us.

WHAT IS AN TRAINEE TRAINER?

Before you start your traineeship with us, you will be assigned a trainer. This person will accompany you throughout your traineeship. He or she is your important contact person and is there for you in word and deed for all concerns.
